shit at JB has been full on
christmas time + retail fucking sucks
but whatever, job is actual easy and fun, just the occasional shithead really
i've been putting off this entry cos i intended it to be just work i've done recently and i've been lazy and putting it off, but it will have some of that plus some other bullshit i feel like writing down
so since the last update i have done this:
for a girls tee
her nightmare tee for the final tour
this might have ended up on a black tee, not sure
for the bt/btbam tour
for the most recent aus tour
there were a few more DN tees and some posters in there but these 4 were my favourites
in 2 weeks i'm heading down to melbourne and to adelaide with Dead Kings on whats now a really broken up and segmented ~tour~ with Shinto. the first lot of dates are the 8th, 9th and 10th and then it doesn't pick up again till the 24th but whatever. it'll be fun.
on the 8th is a show at Next in Melbourne, i've never been and i hear the place is god awful (much like Bang) but i have a soft spot for shitty clubs i can dance in.
I'm mostly siked for these shows because I want people to see Dead Kings. Not just because they're my friends but i honestly get really fucking siked every time i see them and i think they have soo much potential. They've been getting great reactions just from touring bands that come through canberra so it's gonna rule seeing how people like them in other states and shit. I think this is the beginning of a really good thing and I am that fucking siked.
these are the shows except Ire (ex-Mindsnare, Hitlist, Within Blood, Meatlocker etc) are playing the melbourne date on the 10th now and I am so keen to see them.
also recently i've started weights training with Rob and I am so keen. Gonna get massive.
Other than that, today's Christmas and it's been relaxed as fuck. Went to Tupac house and chilled, shot some nerf gun a bit and watched scrubs, ate heaps today and got some cool shit.
Working tomorrow, earning $40 an hour so i'm aight with it even though it's boxing day sales and everyone is gonna be mental.

also saw The Acacia Strain the other week and they were the heaviest band in existance. All expectations were exceeded.
