figured i needed a place to post work i'm doing apart from myspace because i hate that site (despite the fact i'm on it 23/7)
I just got back from a small stint in melbourne
i hung out, ate heaps, went to Sike Your Mind 08 and just pretty much killed it
discovered i can't get away from work even if i'm 7+ hours from home
but i'm always down to help out webyay and trust come tough, even if the idea is from chode and he stole it from that stupid xRainx band hahaha
now i'm home, shit is back to normal
did some shit for Confession today, tried to think of an idea for a tour poster for The Red Shore and *International Band* and now working on ideas for Parkway Drive for their stage banner and scrims for the sweat fest tour
speaking of, i finished the tour poster for that last week
here it is
Pig's idea was to do a pisstake of the Boys Of Summer tour posters, with the tattooed babe chillen on the beach but have it as a fat dude with SWEAT across his guts
i started with that and then thought it'd be funny to do Teeth's edge chest tattoo on this guy and have a clock on his hand
Pig saw that and added to it and so we put on his own skull drop flame 3/4 sleeve and Winno's BBHC armband
I'm pretty siked with the final product, it's not very similar to BOS posters like originally intended but whatever, it gets the joke across
also done some small shit here and there
finishing up all the promo gear for the Confession EP, some shit for Antagonist AD, lined up some work for Carpathian and Shinto and done a bit of work for Deez Nuts
i'll leave it at that for now
next post won't be nearly as long
