it's not finished yet so i ain't posting the whole thing
but fuck it's been killing me.
I'm fucking atrocious at font work (that's why it's taking me so long) but for some reason i agreed to this. It's going a lot better than past experiences however. It needs more work, more swirls, more flow, but slowly it's getting there.
I'm doing a logo and poster for the club night Shakedown at Bar 32 on Saturdays. Pretty much the poster is covered in photos of me and my friends. That's what they get for asking me to do it.
The poster feaures a large photo of Simon Murphy so babes will be all about it. That man is too good looking for words.
More or less I'm posting this because i felt like a break from the script and i'm getting some chronic RSI.
Tomorrow i've got the Amity, A Secret Death, House Vs Hurricane, Rex Banner show and I'm pretty siked. The new Amity CD isn't what I'd usually listen to but it's catchy as hell and I'm also keen to see Adrian Kelly of glory holes all across Sydney fame. The show is an afternoon affair so i'm thinking of smashing a plate of salt and chilli fried soy squid at au lac afterwards.
If you're from canberra and reading this, come to the show, unfortunately it hasn't been promo'd as well as i'd have liked because the posters were sent to the desmond at the venue instead of me and when i asked for them so i could stick them up, he said no and that he had it covered. Lo and behold, I haven't seen a single poster up bar the one stuck up inside the venue.
On a final note, how good is T.I's new single?
