so an update
venue guy is pulling some "we have a contract stating that if you book through us then we have the right to add youth bands to all bills" bullshit. which is all well and good, good for them
but i never signed a fucking contract
yeah it's sweet he's giving youth bands a go
but i book bigger shows where i want well rounded lineups
i don't want Jimmy fucking Desmond and his 3 friends with ropehair who just discovered how to play fucking prom queen covers in their garage opening package tour shows with 3 fucking internationals
i want to be able to have supports that are actually good, that compliment the fucking bill
this is fucking retarded
i'm so fucking over this town
it is actually fucking impossible to find a venue where someone within it isn't a fucking cunt who finds someway to profit for themselves and fuck up everything i do
i'm going to hit up venue guy and tell him he can't pull this shit, firstly without telling me and secondly without me fucking signing this so called contract
but this will no doubt result in not being able to book there anymore
which means no more all ages venue in canberra
i'm so fucking over this
i hate this fucking place
