past few days have actually been aight. been workin at JB, back in the CD department which is chill as fuck. good work, easy work, good people. rules.
went and saw shipwreck in wollongong on the weekend and it was fucking weird. really good band, really good live show, fucking loudest hardcore band i've ever seen.
but no one seemed to care, it blew my mind when they played probably the hardest intro in modern hardcore (squall) and only 3 people moved. weird fucking crowd.
carpathian killed it though, there's so much bullshit around about this band but i don't care, the new cd rips and the new shit is tight live. lloyds killing it in that band. really enjoy seeing them
cruisin down to albury tomorrow night to catch them there
should be dope
so much work to do at the moment, but that's a good thing i guess.
soon i'm gonna start making steps toward a goal i've set myself, careerwise, that i'm really excited about. i need to go for a government young business grant for about 5 - 10 grand for it, but i have some dope ideas and aaron's gonna be helping me and i think we can come up with something real legit. i don't wanna say what it is yet though because i'm feelin superstitious and i don't want to jynx it but shit is gonna be fucking cream
i wanna buy a camera so i can start taking photos of cool shit i see every day and put it in here
i've been noticing more and more things i like about canberra lately and i wanna document them
today it hit me that supreme clientele is a perfect summer record
i'm runnin it now and it's gonna get a shit load more spins before the year is out
later in the week i'll do an update of work i've done recently
